Pogo support: loading, login and challenge help

Looking for help with a game on Pogo.com? Start by choosing the symptom below. Pogo is a game platform, not a single card game, and an EA sign-in problem needs a different response from a frozen card table.

• Pogo games won’t load, freeze or show a black screen — compare one game with another before changing browser data.
• Pogo login problems or an old Screen Name — identify the genuine EA sign-in route and protect account information.
• Pogo badges or challenge progress aren’t counting — record the exact challenge and distinguish active progress from an earned badge.
• The game is cut off or cards are too large — check zoom and the available window area.
• The game has no sound — follow the audio path without changing drivers first.
