Card-game support: Spades, Hearts, Bridge, Canasta and Rummy
Online card games share some technical symptoms, but they do not share one set of rules or one account system. Identify the website or app as well as the game name. A Hearts game on one publisher’s site is not the same product as another Hearts app.
Find your game family
- Trick-taking games: Spades, Hearts, Bridge, Euchre, Pinochle and Whist. Confirm the table, turn and selected rules before treating an unavailable play as a software fault.
- Rummy and melding games: Canasta, Gin Rummy, Jungle Gin and other Rummy versions. A rejected meld may depend on the chosen variant, not on the browser.
- Other familiar card games: Cribbage, Crazy Eights and casual non-wagering card games. Check the publisher’s own scoring and control instructions.
- Single-player card games: Klondike, Spider, FreeCell, Pyramid, TriPeaks, Golf, Crescent, Canfield and Forty Thieves have a dedicated Solitaire support hub.
Choose a technical symptom
- Disconnected from a card table or unable to rejoin — preserve the table and match details before creating another session.
- The game never finishes loading — compare a supported browser and check the publisher’s notices.
- Cards are cropped, too small or too large — inspect zoom, layout and display settings.
- No sound or missing game audio — separate in-game, browser and system audio.
- A Pogo game or EA sign-in question — use the Pogo-specific route for Canasta, Jungle Gin or Spades played there.
Rules question or software problem?
If one card or meld is rejected while other controls respond, record the selected rules and whose turn it is. If the entire game stops responding, record the device, error and connection state instead. Do not start a new match just to test a control if doing so could abandon the current game.
