Pogo games troubleshooting: loading, Chrome, login and membership
Use this issue guide for Pogo.com games that will not load, freeze, show a black screen or fail at sign-in. Pick the symptom first. Account access, membership and a problem inside one game require different evidence and different support routes.
Games not loading, freezing or showing a black screen
Start with Pogo loading and freezing checks. Record whether one title or several are affected, then compare the publisher’s supported browser requirements. For Spades, Canasta, Jungle Gin or a Solitaire title, include the exact name instead of reporting only “Pogo is broken.”
Pogo will not work in Chrome
Check the browser version and whether the failure occurs before sign-in, at the game loader or during a round. If the game opens but the board is cut off, use display and zoom checks. For cookies, cache and site permissions, use browser settings for card games.
“Enable Java” or “Flash alternative” searches
Screen Name recovery and EA sign-in
Use the Pogo login guide to separate old account identifiers from a repeated browser sign-in loop. EA, not an independent helper, verifies ownership and restores account access. Never send a password or verification code through our support form.
Club Pogo subscription and membership access
If you can sign in but paid access looks different, record which account is shown and what access you expected. Use official EA Help for membership, billing, cancellation and purchase questions. Do not buy a second membership or pay an independent helper simply to ask the publisher about your existing subscription.
Daily Challenges, badges and unusual game errors
For an objective that does not count, use the challenge and badge checklist. For a phrase such as “flood error” or an unfamiliar word-game message, copy the complete error and the exact title from the publisher’s page. A shortened search phrase does not identify a cause or justify a specific software change.
