Pogo login problems: old Screen Name, EA account or a loading error?

A sign-in failure happens before the game is ready to play. It should not be treated as a broken Solitaire deal or fixed by installing a browser plug-in. First identify which step of the genuine Pogo/EA sign-in is failing.

1. Start from the genuine Pogo website

Type the known Pogo.com address or use a trusted bookmark. Avoid entering credentials into a help page found through an advertisement or a look-alike domain. Keep the browser’s security warnings in place.

2. Check whether you are using an old Screen Name

EA’s current password-help article explains that Pogo no longer uses Screen Name for login and that an EA Account is used instead. If you have not signed in for years, follow the current Pogo login prompts and EA’s recovery instructions rather than creating several new accounts as a test.

3. Separate rejected credentials from a repeated sign-in loop

If the site rejects an account identifier or password, use the official recovery route. If sign-in succeeds but the page returns to the start, note the device, browser and the point at which it loops. Check the publisher’s browser guidance before changing cookie settings or clearing data. Do not repeatedly guess passwords.

4. Let EA handle account recovery

Open EA’s Pogo password-help page and follow its current contact or account-recovery instructions. Only the publisher can verify ownership or make account changes. Enter any recovery details directly into the genuine publisher process, not into our contact form.

What if you can sign in but one game fails?

That is a different branch of the investigation. Record the game’s exact title and use the Pogo loading guide. Do not reset the account simply because a single game has a blank screen.
