Jeff Little, OBE - CEO

Jeff Little OBE MBA CGIA FSyI FICPEM, Jeff is a founder member of the board and Chief Executive Officer of SEOL. Jeff originally came from a successful career in the Army where he rose to the rank of Brigadier, to a leading and role as the former Chief Executive of the UK National Security Inspectorate. He is instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of SEOL to serve both National and commercial interests.

John Allard - Managing Director

John Allard BA (Hons), John's background was originally in IT working in both sales and IT Director roles for companies likes of First Data, IBM, CapGemini and Cable & Wireless, predominantly working on NHS projects. In the mid 1990s whilst with IBM he help launch the world first Global IP TV service for doctors, and work on many other successful media/IT related startups, including The Video News Factory Ltd.

Gilly Crichton - Commercial Director

Gilly Crichton is SEOL's Commercial Director. She is also Managing Director of the UKRSTA - UK Retail Security Trade Association, and High Velocity Management & Consultants and TriTectus who are specialists in strategic security, defence and resilience consultant, training, security systems, security advice and emergency plans. She's also a magistrate and member of The Security Institute, The Institute of Directors, Chartered Quality Institute.
